A recruiter should define the work and accept use limits before any candidate signal becomes searchable.

Acknowledgement is not verification

The local gate checks purpose, necessary fields, non-discrimination, no re-identification, no scraping, no bulk export and no direct contact. Completing it never changes the organisation status from not verified.

Production access requires organisation and work-email review, manual approval, rate limits, anti-enumeration controls, audit and abuse response. None is active here.

Purpose-bound acceptable use

Synthetic results may be used only to understand the product concept. There is no save, application, contact, relay, message, resume or export surface.
